with Stephen Harrod Buhner, master herbalist
I contracted Lyme this Fall, read your book and am currently up to the therapeutic dosage of each supplement and am doing well with that, but pulled another tick off me yesterday. Damn. Too soon to tell if I was re-infected, but now what? Thanks for your thorough grasp of this thing.
Stephen’s response:
I would highly recommend that, if you are not, you begin taking astragalus 1000 mg 3x daily. You are so newly infected that this herb is perfect for you. A new tick should not make much difference in any event (and really should not if you take astragalus) due to the herb presence in your body.
