I need a good toxic tort lawyer ASAP. I have all medical & needed evidence to prove I was toxicated at 35 Clinton St. Apt. #10 in Plattsburgh, NY and that my ex-slumlord has slandered me out of any future affordable housing.
I have been dying homeless in a tent thanks to Rich Landry’s tactics, PLEASE HELP!!

I’m sorry Pete but these are all the lawyers I know of right now. Hopefully someone reading this can contact you directly or leave a comment here with some additional recommendations. Have you contacted Masry and Vititoe? Maybe they can provide you with a list of toxic tort attorneys in your state…

Hmmm … no lawyers out there well versed in Lyme/disability yet? ~sigh~ I guess their hands are tied as long as the IDSA/CDC refuse to admit to the existence of Lyme beyond 30 days.
I got denied SSDI last year. I had to go back to work or lose my house, but it’s really making all my Lyme symptoms worse. Flaring for several days monthly, and I can’t seem to make 40 hours because of the fatigue. I am just waiting to get fired. I don’t know how I will support myself if that happens.
But I am starting Stephen’s protocol as soon as my herbs arrive. ~fingers crossed~ been battling this round since Feb ’09. I’m REALLY tired.
Thanks for being here.
