		<description>Great answer to a complex question! I&#039;ve often been asked the same thing...are probiotics necessary for everyone, even if they feel good? I feel that a lot of us have harmed our vital internal bacterial colonies through lifestyle factors, antibiotics, even stress. We may not know that our microflora balance is out of whack because the body can manifest this in confusing ways that may not seem directly related to digestion. I like your suggestion, an every other day approach with an increase during and after antibiotic use (if absolutely necessary) or for an extra boost before travel, etc.
