Mercury in fish
with William J. Rea, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.E.M.

Environmental Health

Dear Dr. Rea,
For those with MCS, which fish is okay to eat that doesn’t contain much mercury? Are cod, haddock and tinned tuna okay to eat? Thanks.

Dr. Rea’s response:
My opinion is that there is no fish safe to eat today.
