with Stephen Harrod Buhner, master herbalist
I seem to have orthostatic intolerance (OI) issues that are made worse with herbs that are classed as vasodilators as many in your Lyme protocol are. Interestingly, I discovered that I can better tolerate these same herbs when taken in tincture form rather than powder. Would you know any reason for this? Also how do I try to equate how much tincture to take that would give the same equivalency in powder – is there a general rule of thumb to use? Thanks
Stephen’s response:
Start with 1 full dropper (30 drops) 3x daily and then go to 4x daily. I would suggest going to 60 drops 4x a day of the knotweed if you tolerate it well.

japanese Knotweed which is what resveratrol is derived from is definitely one of the most awesome health giving natural supplements anyone can take. I thoroughly recommend it, for lowering blood pressure, redusing cholesterol, and even helping prevent cancers
