Hi,
My name is Mandy. I am 30 and and have MCS due to mold exposure 6 years ago.. I would love to be in e-mail contact/phone contact with others who have MCS, especially those in their 20s/30s to give each other hope, support and share resources.
About me:
I love to SING--spirituals, folk music, improvisation, rounds, Irish ballads. I love to make music--I recently bought a Bodrhan which is an Irish Frame drum, and I want to take conga lessons.
And I love to DANCE-- I like to combine improvisational dance and storytelling, Authentic Movement, African Dance, contra dancing and contact improvisation.
And I am passionate about SPIRITUAL and SELF-GROWTH work: Discussing dreams and their meanings, learnings about our own strengths, weaknesses, etc., any personal work that is deeply honest, deeply compassionate and brings us joy, light and more connection to ourselves and others.
I also really enjoy poetry and writing. I am a fan of the magazine the Sun.
I look forward to being in contact with others.
