Hi everyone , Would like to thank you for your welcome messages, since I'm new to the group. I had a really bad night last night my nebulizer medicine wasn't helping. So for 4 hours I worked real hard to try and breathe. I have 18% of my lung that works. And when it doesn't work it is scary. I used a different lot number and I'm doing soooo much better. I don't want to sound like gloom and doom. We have a black lab puppy ( Susie) 4 months old, and oh my goodness what a mess she makes of our yard. She learned how to open the gate today and get out so she could chase the cats. When my husband mows the yard she has to ride on the mower also, she won't get off until it is stopped and my husband go into the house. We really get a kick out of her because she does such silly things. I guess I'll get off now . Don't want to bore anyone.

Ahh, Joycie, it's the best time of year on my East Coast beach. Only a few stragglers left - surfers, kite flyers, occasional joggers - and then me, and the gulls. It's truly BEAUTIFUL!! I am SO enjoying my daily walks on the sand. I take off my glasses and pretend I am walking the Moroccan dunes. It works! Ah, nothing like mind travel and sand in between your toes. Hope you are getting the chance to enjoy your West Coast beach. xx Julie
