my mood today

about me
I came down with MCS nearly 5 years ago. After an epic struggle to find housing and--once I had housing--work I could do from home, I finally feel like I'm in a position to start trying to help.

Would like combine forces with others who are interested in creating community and safe place for people with MCS, and maybe even jobs. When our simple need for safe housing, and maybe some companionship are not met, and we feel alone in trying to deal with things...oh, it can be so miserable and scary and hard. But it doesn't need to be that way: our needs are fairly simple, really, and if they are met, we can be happy and productive people.

I feel like I've (finally) grown up, and am a lot better able to put myself in other peoples' shoes than I used to be.
