Dear Stephen,
Does the herb cryptolepis have side effects?

Stephen’s response:
I write in detail about cryptolepis in my book Herbal Antibiotics (see bookstore). There are no contraindications or side effects that I am aware of, however it is a strong herb and I definitely would not go over 30 days of use.
