Dear Stephen,
I bought some cryptolepsis, and the alcohol in it is very strong to me. Can I somehow cook away the alcohol without effecting the herb strength? Can I also add sugar to taste? It’s just awful on the taste buds.

Stephen’s response:
You can put the tincture in water and gently simmer it for 5 or 10 minutes. This will remove the alcohol. And, yes, you can add a sweetener; it is an intense tincture on the tongue. I am partial these days to agave syrup which many health food stores are beginning to sell. Barring that, maple syrup.
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
