Orange arulgula salad

ingredients
4 cups arugula
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
celtic sea salt to taste


directions

  1. Place arugula and oranges in a bowl
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then sprinkle with salt
  3. Toss and serve
