Do you have to herx for the protocol to work?

Dear Stephen,
Does everyone have to have herxheimer reactions as a sign that bacteria is dying and treatment is working? If you don’t react, does it mean what you’re doing isn’t working? I’ve been taking herbs now to treat the infections and feel fine. I hear/read about so many people having herxheimers. Are herxes variable person to person? My findings show herxheimers to be intensely incapacitating to a lot of people…can they be as mild as itchy joints, fatigue, and crankiness?

Stephen’s response:
Not everyone has herx reactions, so don’t worry about it.
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
