Astragalus ingredient okay for long-term lyme?

Dear Stephen,
I have had lyme for 8 years and was recently given an herbal treatment containing astragalus. I have read in your book that this is a contraindication in late stage lyme. I am wondering if I should email my ND and tell her or if your theories have changed.

Stephen’s response:
If there is just a tiny amount of astragalus I would not worry about it. I don’t think it should be used in large amounts for those with long term late stage lyme.
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
