Source Naturals vs. Paradise Herbs resveratrol

Dear Stephen,
After consulting the Stephen Buhner Q & A column on the Planet Thrive website, I purchased the Paradise Herbs Japanese knotweed that says “Polygonum cuspidatum root extract 20:1.” How many capsules do patients need to take to follow the Buhner protocol? Thanks.

Stephen’s response:
Although the Source Naturals brand and Paradise Herbs resveratrol are two different milligrams, the two formulations are very difficult to compare, so I would stay with a max of 4 tablets 4x daily of each brand.
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
