What do you recommend doing if someone were to have a slight hernia? I want to repair it naturally and avoid a surgical procedure. It’s not bad enough yet to where I need to see a doctor. But I do really suspect it’s a slight hiatus hernia.
You can try the use of cow parsnip seed tincture for the hiatus hernia. It sometimes is very helpful. Tastes awful though.
Dear Mr. Buhner,
I had an inguinal hernia to occur and do not want surgery. Is there any natural approach you can suggest that works reasonably well to heal this kind of hernia? And is there anyone very knowledgeable you can recommend to help me with whatever you may suggest. Thank you very much for any help.
P.S. I tried to post a similar message just the other day, but didn’t see it appear above so I thought I would try again in case an technical error occurred. Sorry if this duplicates anything
Dear Mr. Buhner–I posted the comment above regarding an inguinal hernia on March 13–over 6 months ago, but have never received a message or seen a response of any kind posted from you. I still am dealing with the problem and would VERY much appreciate your help. Thank you.
