Buhner herbs and conception

Dear Stephen,
Thank you so much for writing such a wonderful book. I am currently on your core protocol and would like to start a family at some point within the next year. I was wondering how long I should wait after stopping the herbs to begin trying to conceive? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Stephen’s response:
2-3 months should be sufficient (probably much faster but might as well make sure).
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
