Muscle spasms
Dear Stephen, I’m having severe muscle spasms in my upper back and neck muscles associated with lyme and babesia. I’ve tried different muscle relaxants, massage, prolotherapy, and acupuncture – all without relief. Do you have any suggestions?
Kidney stones with lyme
Dear Stephen, I keep making calcium/oxalate kidney stones. I’ve increased my calcium and magnesium, staying away from high oxalate foods and still am having recurring stones. Please help.
Feel better on astragalus with chronic lyme
Dear Stephen, I have chronic lyme and stopped taking astragalus every day after reading Healing Lyme. In a few days I went into a tail spin! Tried to go without it for a week with continued deterioration. Back on it now and feel great!

Brain lesions
Dear Stephen, Many with lyme have brain lesions and a decreased blood flow mostly on one side. Do the herbs or supplements help in clearing these lesions?

Dark urine from knotweed?
Dear Stephen, I’ve just started on Japanese knotweed 3x daily (no other supplements), and it’s turned my urine a dark yellow color. Is this a common effect?
