Dosage for smilax tincture too high?

Dear Stephen, I started Smilax tincture yesterday with 15 drops. Today I did 15 drops diluted in water and the OCD symptoms were through the roof. Are 15 drops too much?

Cat’s claw worsening tendonitis pain

Dear Stephen, Since a most recent tick bite, I have tendonitis pain in both of my arms. I find that now when I take cat’s claw, the pain worsens. So I have stopped using it, and my immune system is worse now. Any idea why this is happening?

Red root for swollen lymph nodes

Dear Stephen, I tried samento and banderol and I noticed that with this treatment my lymph nodes become swollen. I also tried cat’s claw and I feel some heat in the lungs and in the spinal cord. Are these reactions good or bad?
