I have suffered from severe foot and leg cramps for many years due to a severe magnesium deficiency and probably other electrolyte imbalances. I was taking a high dose of magnesium tablets and still getting the foot cramps if I ever slacked on the pills. Since I started LivePristine’s Magnesium Bicarbonate (I take the liquid form that they sell in glass bottles) about a month ago, my foot cramps have been non-existent. I only take 2 magnesium tablets in the morning now, whereas before I was taking 2 tablets 3x day. This stuff really works well and seems to assimilate better than the tablets for me. I just ordered a case of 12 and am excited to see how things improve even more for me as I increase my dose. So far, I just use 1 capful (from the bottle it comes in) — which is about 1 teaspoon — in 16 oz of water 1x day.
