Treatment for adolescents

Dear Stephen,
I have read your excellent book on the natural healing of lyme. My 12 year old daughter is suffering from lyme, babesia and possibly bartonella. She is now 135 lbs. and takes adult doses of most medications. Is your protocol appropriate with all the herbs and in the doses specified in Healing Lyme?
