Teas/tinctures darkening my teeth

Dear Stephen,
I’ve had trouble with some herbal teas/tinctures darkening my teeth since my enamel is thinning/gums are receding somewhat. I take capsules as much as possible, but I know some herbs really should be in other forms. Can you make any recommendations about that? Thank you for helping people like me that have limited access to alternative healthcare.

Stephen’s response:
Eleutherococcus should be a 1:1 tincture form, the others work well as capsules.

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.
