Dear Stephen, I had uterine cancer surgery and my LLMD put me on resveratrol. I am wondering since this has an estrogenic effect, is this setting me up for more cancer?

Dear Stephen, I mix my tinctures in about 4-8 ounces of water before I take them. Lately I’ve been adding the C-salt (effervescent vit C) powder. The vitamin C won’t neutralize the tinctures/herbs, correct?

Red root tincture or whole herb?
Dear Stephen, I think red root would be useful to me but you state that tinctures are not good in old cases, while dosages of this herb are only listed in tincture. What would you recommend?
