Herbs to support Th1 and Th2?

Can you recommend a source in which we can read about which herbs support Th1 and Th2?

I don’t know of a source that focuses on that particular action of plants.

    If you want to shift towards Th2

    Physalis angulata “Investigation of the immunosuppressive activity of Physalin H on T lymphocytes.”

    Petiveria alliacea-
    “A Critical Review of the Therapeutic Potential of Dibenzyl Trisulphide Isolated from
    Petiveria alliacea L (Guinea hen weed, anamu)”

    If you want Th1
    Phyllanthus niruri-
    “The lignan niranthin poisons Leishmania donovani topoisomerase IB and favours a Th1 immune response in mice”

    Astragalus will do it

    So will tobacco, but i dont recommend it

    Scratch the Petiveria alliacea. That paper was about an isolated chemical. There are conflicting reports on water extracts
