Can you recommend a source in which we can read about which herbs support Th1 and Th2?
I don’t know of a source that focuses on that particular action of plants.

Dear Susun, Is there something natural that would help with severe pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS)? I’m completely done with trying antidepressants. But I still suffer and could really use some help.

If you want to shift towards Th2
Physalis angulata “Investigation of the immunosuppressive activity of Physalin H on T lymphocytes.”
Petiveria alliacea-
“A Critical Review of the Therapeutic Potential of Dibenzyl Trisulphide Isolated from
Petiveria alliacea L (Guinea hen weed, anamu)”
If you want Th1
Phyllanthus niruri-
“The lignan niranthin poisons Leishmania donovani topoisomerase IB and favours a Th1 immune response in mice”
Astragalus will do it
So will tobacco, but i dont recommend it
Scratch the Petiveria alliacea. That paper was about an isolated chemical. There are conflicting reports on water extracts
