Citrobacter freundii

by | Oct 27, 2016 | bacterial infections, Co-Infections | 4 comments

Dear Stephen,
I am a 29 year old who experienced no health issues until I had the MMR injection last May. I had an anaphylactic reaction and my health quickly declined. To date I have been diagnosed with bartonella, borrelia and babesia, heavy metals, an overgrowth of bad bugs in the gut and recently Citrobacter freundii. My health was improving initially on my protocol, I consider rmyself lucky to be back at work and living 50% of my normal life. My doctor only recently decided to focus on the Citrobacter freundii and the medication is causing me horrific problems. Research links it to liver failure and lung collapses. Do you know of any natural remedies for this rather resistant bacteria? It has come back positive in a stool and urine sample. Thank you!

Stephen’s response:
The protocol for klebsiella infections in the second edition of the Herbal Antibiotics book is where I would begin. Klebsiella and citrobacter are fairly closely related.
Stephen

This protocol was incredible. After only a few weeks most of my symptoms were gone. After six months all my symptoms were gone… it has given me my life back.

    Dear,
How can one write a question to Stephen Buhner?
I have got 2 books (2:nd edition of Lyme and Coinfections for Bartonella and Mycoplasma. I have got positive result of Lyme (Elispot +6 burgdorferi ref <2), Chlamydia Pneumoniae (Elispot +12 ref <2), Mycoplasma (IgA 4,548 ref <0,8).
I have also a Little bit increased result of some viruses, Herpes simplex virus 1/2 (IgA 2,7 times increased)and HHV6 Virus IgG ab 1:320.
Earlier I have had pos Bartonella (DNA PCR).
Is it most important to start with bacteria or virus?
In what order is best to treat bacteria?

Many thanks to Stephen for his work!

    Dear Stephen

I just finished a Lyme Protocol with local special. My borelia,
mycoplasma, anaplasma, rocket mountain, protozoa , and babesia
are gone. I visited with someone who had strep and staph and
immediately got strep throat. I have struggled a long time with
strep and staph virus. Do you know any new or old herbs that
would wipe them out. Secondly what can I take to improve my
immune system and my nervous system? I had lymphoma some years ago and know my immune system is not good. My central nervous system is not good; I do take alot of lion’s manne. Is there anything else that would help. You have so much knowledge and thank you for allowing us to write to you . Grateful toyou
